I wear many hats in my life, as I’m sure you do as well. I am Wife to my First Responder husband, and Mom to my 3 children (ages 15, 11 and 7). I am a Hair Stylist and I own my own studio where I help women feel their best on the outside. 

I am also a Certified Health Coach helping others feel their best in their wellness. 

My true passion for making Nutrition and Root Cause Healing simple in 2011 following my husband’s cancer diagnosis. We used food to heal alongside the regular medical treatments he had to endure. Several years of learning and living a healthier lifestyle led me to become a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. 

In 2022, I had my own health crisis where Mold, Parasites, Inflammation and a Hashimoto’s diagnosis almost wrecked everything in my life. Root cause testing and healing methods are the reason I am smiling today and turned my health completely around. 

I want to live a life I don’t need a vacation from and to be the absolute best woman I can be for my family, friends and myself while encouraging others in the possibility that they can do the same!
