?13 books read in September and I’m not really sure how. It had been a ROUGH few months for me personally but through it all, I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I’m being pushed to communicate more, say NO a lot so that I can say YES more to my kids and my husband… there are things out of my control and trying to just push through to survive just really doesn’t sit well with me. I want to LIVE and have enjoyment in it. There’s been minimal joy goin on for me so here’s my little public declaration that that IS CHANGING. When we allow our bodies to be in stress/fight or flight mode too long the repercussions are vast and they have snuck up on me big time. Healing takes even longer so I’m being patient with myself and daily working on that from the inside out. ?? If you’ve been running ragged for too long then now you know you’re not alone. I’m with you. Cheers to a new month, y’all. I’m praying it’s a good one ⛅️
