?Ellie turned 13! HoCo festivities & my first Homecoming Garter was made ?? Lukes first field trip and I went! Woohoo! It was a good month.
?Turned a corner this month on my healing journey! So much less anxiety, fight or flight nervous system deregulation, etc.! It wasn’t until 5 weeks in I started feeling like myself again and contrary to popular belief, the moment I start feeling good again I know the journey is still just beginning! It’s a marathon, not a sprint. ?? How are YOU feeling?!
